For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God.
Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
